Medicare & Insurance Information
Medicare requires further documentation for all orthotic & prosthetic services. Due to this, all patients must have an in-person visit with their physician. A written prescription is required, as well as the physician's documentation of the need for the requested item. We will be requesting the physician's notes for each prescription.
